Excellent experience! We are new to TN and weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to buy. We had narrowed it down to the plateau, but weren’t sure where to go from there. We reached out and had a great conversation with Cat Barlow and talked through what our 2 week visit to Crossville would look like. After getting to know what we were, and we’re not, looking for, Cat expertly guided us on areas she felt fit our needs (and warned us of others that we should avoid). We loved that she is local and really knows her way around. After taking the time to drive the areas of interest we scheduled several days of viewing homes. Cat Barlow is an absolute blessing! I live in South Carolina but owned a home in Crossville, Tennessee. After a family emergency, we needed to sell the property, and Cat was there every single step of the way. She was incredibly hands-on and made the entire process as seamless as possible. Cat is AMAZING, a real GEM! From the first time we talked she was attentive to what we were looking for. Cat was quick to get back to us any time we left a message or sent an email. We had LOTS of questions, and she got them all answered. We were definitely not the easiest buyers to work with because we are really particular, and we spent a lot of time going over everything. Cat was very patient and understands when someone is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, they want to be sure of everything. Cat was never pushy and said from the beginning that if the homes we were looking at were not what we wanted she would keep looking until she found the perfect home for us. Cat even called on some pros to get some issues worked out for us when some obstacles appeared. Cat gave 100% and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. Cat was the agent for the buyer and seller in our transaction and she did a perfect job in her role as a facilitator. Cat is knowledgeable about the market she is selling in and made us feel comfortable, too. We cannot thank Cat enough for her compassion throughout the process and her kindness when we were stressed.
