Cat Barlow is an absolute blessing! I live in South Carolina but owned a home in Crossville, Tennessee. After a family emergency, we needed to sell the property, and Cat was there every single step of the way. She was incredibly hands-on and made the entire process as seamless as possible. I've been very picky with choosing a house because this will be our retirement home and we've always dreamed of living on the lake. Cat is AMAZING, a real GEM! From the first time we talked she was attentive to what we were looking for. Cat was quick to get back to us any time we left a message or sent an email. We had LOTS of questions, and she got them all answered. We were definitely not the easiest buyers to work with because we are really particular, and we spent a lot of time going over everything. Cat was very patient and understands when someone is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, they want to be sure of everything. Cat was the agent for the buyer and seller in our transaction and she did a perfect job in her role as a facilitator. Cat is knowledgeable about the market she is selling in and made us feel comfortable, too. We cannot thank Cat enough for her compassion throughout the process and her kindness when we were stressed.
