She helped us as sellers to arrange all preparatory materials, ie, survey, new address, zoning issues, etc. She recommended pricing doing a thorough market analysis, and arranged fabulous photography. Excellent experience! We are new to TN and weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to buy. We had narrowed it down to the plateau, but weren’t sure where to go from there. We reached out and had a great conversation with Cat Barlow and talked through what our 2 week visit to Crossville would look like. Cat is AMAZING, a real GEM! From the first time we talked she was attentive to what we were looking for. Cat was quick to get back to us any time we left a message or sent an email. We had LOTS of questions, and she got them all answered. We were definitely not the easiest buyers to work with because we are really particular, and we spent a lot of time going over everything.
