Cat is knowledgeable about the market she is selling in and made us feel comfortable, too. We cannot thank Cat enough for her compassion throughout the process and her kindness when we were stressed. After long and emotional consideration, I decided to sell my Crossville property. Now living in Canada, I didn’t know current realtors for the area and set about searching for a reputable and high standards agent. One agent continually came up in my search and I made the call.

Cat Barlow was absolutely perfect! She efficiently and effectively handled all the paperwork and processes long distance, with a time difference on the other side of the continent, and constant updates and holding my hand during the emotional breaks.

As for the service, Cat immediately went to work and sold all four properties within a week. Yes we encountered some obstacles getting perk tests etc but she quickly jumped on the issues, found potential solutions and advised me on how best to proceed. It was seamless!

Katie Ross was awesome to work with! My husband and I had to make the quickest move to Crossville and had 1.5 days to find a home while we visited. She took us to so many houses without question and made sure we felt like we got to see everything available. Throughout the process of buying she was always on top of everything and helped us get the home we fell in love with. So nice and gave us great detail about Crossville itself since we would be new to town. We would definitely work with her again!!

We are new to TN and weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to buy. We had narrowed it down to the plateau, but weren’t sure where to go from there. We reached out and had a great conversation with Cat Barlow and talked through what our 2 week visit to Crossville would look like. After getting to know what we were, and we’re not, looking for, Cat expertly guided us on areas she felt fit our needs (and warned us of others that we should avoid).
We loved that she is local and really knows her way around.
After taking the time to drive the areas of interest we scheduled several days of viewing homes.
On our very last day we found the perfect spot for us, Cat acted quickly, dropping everything to head to the office to get our offer in. She guided us through the entire process going above and beyond acting on our behalf when we were not in town.
