We have purchased many homes and used many different realtors, absolutely none of them have ever come close to Tina. She worked tirelessly to find a buyer for our home. She works at least 36 hours every day and 10 days every week! She walked with us through every aspect of not only getting our home ready to sell and made closing so easy. When helping us find our new home after our selling our previous home she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is amazing to work with and to be around. Cat Barlow is an absolute blessing! I live in South Carolina but owned a home in Crossville, Tennessee. After a family emergency, we needed to sell the property, and Cat was there every single step of the way. She was incredibly hands-on and made the entire process as seamless as possible. Tina Isham was all we could ask for in a professional Realtor. She helped us as sellers to arrange all preparatory materials, ie, survey, new address, zoning issues, etc. She recommended pricing doing a thorough market analysis, and arranged fabulous photography. Her flowing written description of the property had buyers captivated. She updated us upon every showing and worked diligently with other Realtors, and was adamant to protect our interest. Cat is AMAZING, a real GEM! From the first time we talked she was attentive to what we were looking for. Cat was quick to get back to us any time we left a message or sent an email. Cat was the agent for the buyer and seller in our transaction and she did a perfect job in her role as a facilitator. Cat is knowledgeable about the market she is selling in and made us feel comfortable, too. We cannot thank Cat enough for her compassion throughout the process and her kindness when we were stressed. Excellent experience! We are new to TN and weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to buy. We had narrowed it down to the plateau, but weren’t sure where to go from there. We reached out and had a great conversation with Cat Barlow and talked through what our 2 week visit to Crossville would look like. After getting to know what we were, and we’re not, looking for, Cat expertly guided us on areas she felt fit our needs (and warned us of others that we should avoid). We loved that she is local and really knows her way around. After taking the time to drive the areas of interest we scheduled several days of viewing homes.
