She found it amazing to see the transformation take place as her parents worked hard rehabbing houses no one wanted into really nice, like new homes. Since earning her salesperson license in 2004, she has thrived in the industry, excelling under Keller Williams Realty’s tutelage in Lake Norman’s bustling market. In 2014, Tina returned to her hometown of Crossville, TN, founding Isham Jones Realty to prioritize client service over brand recognition.
